Complaints Procedure
I highly value providing expert care and fostering a good treatment relationship with you. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied or have a complaint. I would prefer you to share this with me. By discussing your complaint, we can work together to find a solution and I can further improve the quality of my care.
Complaints Officer
If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer. The practice is affiliated with the Artsen Vereniging Integrale Geneeskunde (AVIG) for this purpose. The complaints officer will listen to your complaint, explain the options, and try to reach a solution with you and me.

Disputes Committee
If mediation also does not offer a solution, the complaints officer can support you with a next step. Your complaint can then be submitted to the independent disputes committee with which the practice is affiliated, or – if necessary – to the competent court.
