However, it may happen that you are not satisfied or have a complaint. I would prefer you to share this with me. By discussing your complaint, we can work together to find a solution and I can further improve the quality of my care.   <\/p><p>Complaints Officer<\/p><p>If we cannot reach a solution together, you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer. The practice is affiliated with the Artsen Vereniging Integrale Geneeskunde (AVIG) for this purpose. The complaints officer will listen to your complaint, explain the options, and try to reach a solution with you and me.  <\/p><p>You can then contact the AVIG secretariat by phone at 0614805117 or by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@avig.nl\" rel=\"noopener\">info@avig.nl<\/a>.<\/p><p>Disputes Committee<\/p><p>If mediation also does not offer a solution, the complaints officer can support you with a next step.
